Delete your Aina account

You can delete an Aina account and the personal information associated with it. Choose either method below. Never send us your password.

Option 1 — delete your account in Aina

1. Open the Aina app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Read the warning and confirm the deletion request.

If the in-app deletion process cannot be completed, use the email option below.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

Email us from the address linked to your Aina account. Use the subject line Aina account deletion request and tell us the email address and sign-in method associated with the account. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the account belongs to you.

What account deletion covers

After we verify and process the request, we delete or schedule deletion of the Aina account and associated information from active systems, including:

• account profile and authentication association;
• cloud-synchronised wishlist items and boards;
• wishlist images uploaded to Aina's cloud storage;
• saved generated avatars and try-on results associated with the account;
• account entitlement and app-service identifiers where deletion is appropriate.

Limited information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or protected backup cycles. We do not use retained information for unrelated purposes. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Important — subscriptions are separate

Where supported, paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation, subject to the store terms shown for your purchase.

If you use Aina without an account

Guest wishlist content may be stored only in Aina's app storage on your device. You can remove it inside the app where available, by clearing Aina's app data, or by uninstalling the app. Local guest content may not be recoverable after removal.

Before you delete

• Save or export anything you want to keep before submitting the request.
• Cancel Aina Plus through Apple or Google if you do not want future renewal.
• Account deletion may be irreversible once completed.
• Deleting Aina does not delete information held independently by a third-party retailer whose page you visited.
