These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aina, including our mobile application, website, avatar tools, virtual try-on tools, generated images, curated fashion content, credits, subscriptions, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Service").
The Service is operated by Demhaj Labs Ltd ("Demhaj Labs", "Aina", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using Aina, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Aina is a fashion discovery and virtual try-on app focused on South Asian fashion, styling, occasionwear, and outfit inspiration.
The Service may allow you to browse curated looks, create or select avatars, upload outfit images, preview styles, generate try-on images, and save generated looks.
Aina is designed to help you explore fashion ideas and make more confident style decisions. It does not guarantee that any outfit, colour, fit, fabric, embroidery, drape, or styling detail will appear exactly the same in real life.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Aina.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using Aina, you confirm that:
Some features may require you to create an account or sign in using Apple, Google, or another supported login method.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must not share your login details with anyone else.
You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

Aina may allow you to create, select, save, manage, or delete avatars.
Avatars may be created from images you upload, images you provide, or sample avatars made available by Aina.
You understand and agree that:
You should use Aina as a creative preview tool, not as a guarantee of how clothing will look in person.
"User Content" means any photo, selfie, outfit image, garment image, prompt, avatar, generated image, text, or other material that you upload, submit, create, or make available through the Service.
You keep ownership of your User Content.
By using the Service, you give Demhaj Labs Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, process, store, modify, display, transmit, and create outputs from your User Content only as needed to:

You must not upload, generate, or use images of another person unless you have their permission.
You must not use Aina to impersonate another person, misrepresent someone's appearance, create misleading images, or generate content that could harm another person's reputation, privacy, dignity, or safety.
Aina uses image processing, artificial intelligence, and third-party generation services to create avatars, outfit previews, and try-on images.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for other users.
You are responsible for reviewing any generated output before saving, sharing, relying on, or using it.
We do not guarantee that generated output will be:
You must not use generated output in a misleading, harmful, unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing way.
Aina may provide sample avatars, curated outfit images, mannequin assets, placeholder images, UI images, styling references, graphics, text, and other app assets.
These assets belong to Demhaj Labs Ltd or our licensors.
You may use them only inside the Service and only as allowed by these Terms.
You must not copy, extract, download, redistribute, sell, reuse, modify, or commercially exploit Aina's assets outside the Service without our written permission.
Aina may display curated female and male looks for inspiration and virtual try-on.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, curated looks are for visual exploration only. Displaying an outfit in Aina does not mean:
Colours, textures, embroidery, fabric, jewellery, styling, and fit may appear differently on different screens or in generated outputs.
Aina may allow you to upload outfit images for virtual try-on.
You should only upload images that you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to use.
You must not upload images that infringe another person's copyright, trademark, design rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
If a rights holder contacts us about content you uploaded, we may remove the content, restrict your access, or take other appropriate action.
You must not use Aina to upload, create, request, save, or share content that:

Aina may offer credits that can be used for certain features, such as avatar generation, outfit try-on generation, or other premium actions.
Credit costs may be shown inside the app and may change from time to time.
Unless required by law or app store rules:
We may offer free, promotional, or sample credits at our discretion. Promotional credits may be changed, removed, or expire at any time unless otherwise stated.
Aina may offer paid credits, subscriptions, premium features, or in-app purchases.
If you make a purchase through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your purchase is handled by that platform and is subject to its payment terms, refund rules, and subscription policies.
Prices, features, credit amounts, and subscription benefits may change from time to time.
You agree to provide accurate purchase and billing information where required.
If Aina offers subscriptions, the subscription terms shown at checkout will apply, including price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and included features.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through the platform where you purchased it, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Deleting the Aina app may not cancel your subscription.
Refund eligibility depends on how you made the purchase.
For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to Apple or Google.

Unless required by law, we may refuse refunds where credits, generated images, subscriptions, or services have already been used.
Your use of Aina is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

By using Aina, you agree that we may handle your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Aina may rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, analytics, hosting, storage, image generation, moderation, security, customer support, or other technical functions.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and rules.
Aina, including its name, branding, logo, software, interface, features, design, text, curated content, graphics, app assets, and overall look and feel, belongs to Demhaj Labs Ltd or our licensors.
These Terms do not give you ownership of Aina or any part of the Service.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or create derivative works from any part of Aina unless we give you written permission.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Aina for your own personal, non-commercial use.

If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or bug reports, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
We may use feedback to improve Aina, develop new features, or update the Service.

The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party outages, network issues, or other reasons.
We may update, change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Aina is not responsible for fashion, styling, tailoring, sizing, purchase, or event decisions you make based on generated images.
You understand that generated try-on images are previews only.
You should check garment details, sizing, return policies, fabric, fit, colour, and availability directly with the seller or designer before making a purchase.
Aina is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and merchantability.
We do not guarantee that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demhaj Labs Ltd and its directors, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for:

If you download Aina through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your use of the app may also be subject to that platform's terms, policies, and rules.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the applicable app store terms, the app store terms may apply where required by that platform or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
